Registration for the Canada 150 Orienteering Festival is now closed.

Payment Methods

Payments accepted through Zone4 include Visa and Mastercard through a secure server. This year, if you do not wish to pay via credit card, we are asking you to use an e-transfer instead of a cheque. The charge for this will be $2, instead of the 3% to 4% credit card fee.

To pay by e-transfer:

On Zone4:
- when asked for payment method on checkout, select "cheque";
- when asked if you agree to submit a cheque payment, check the box;
- note your Receipt # (7 digits) below the "Total Due" line on your online or e-mailed receipt from Zone4.
After completing registration:
- from your online banking, send an e-transfer to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for the amount indicated in "Total Due" on your Zone4 receipt
- use your 7 digit Receipt # as the response to the security question. The registration team, but no-one else, has access to that number.

Waivers

All competitors are required to sign a waiver. This MUST be done prior to picking up your race package at the event. You may download the waiver(s) and bring with you if you wish. If you are bringing other young club members please download the minor waiver and have a parent sign it.

Registration Changes and Refunds

If you require changes to be made to your registration please contact the O-Fest 150 This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be advised that we may not always be able to meet your wishes after the registration deadline. Please remember that fewer changes and earlier changes make happier registrars!

In general, changes to your registration on race weekend will not be permitted. Any deviation from this will be at the discretion of the registrar.

Full refunds, less an administration fee of $20 per person are available until July 2. A refund of 75% will be given from July 3 to July 20; no refunds after July 20.
